@@joerectifier I believe he is more than just 25% of kiss also, he's a majority of it! Nothing against Gene or Paul or Peter,.. But Ace isn't actually good guitar player. You can hear a lot of kiss in aces music
@@Dustonthebottle I love Genes bass lines and some of his tunes….I also love a lot of Paul’s tunes….Love Gun, Psycho Circus….Ace is sloppy live but he was not as sloppy in the 70s…and just Deuce for example, that solo, while maybe it doesn’t satisfy the modern need for “speed” so many think makes a player “good”…..that Deuce solo stands up to anything….it was ‘73 or ‘74. I guess it’s my opinion. I can’t stand all the new “shredders” who think they are the next Malmsteen or EVH….they blow. Ace had mojo.
@@joerectifier I agree. Sometimes all the shredding is starting the sound the same and cardboard cutout. I would rather much have a real guitar player even if he's sloppy then something so overproduced and manufactured and cardboard. Ace is who he is and that's why I love him
I love KISS... But they did NOTHING substantial after Carnival of Souls.... Psycho Circus is a Paul + Gene Album - a shame how they marketed it..... No substitutes 🤘🏻
BRAVO! Splendid! Ace nailed it! This is Exactly what we need now in this fucked up world. Pure Rock n Roll! Everything is Punchy on the whole album. Solo on this is good as it allways from Mr Frehley. Greetings from Sweden!
So true so good just Ace being who he is ... an amazing individual , Guitarist , writer, composer and the list goes on. Space Ace a man to look up to that's the bottom line. Forever Frehley !
@oqua-tan-gin-wann Thank you so much for sharing Ace’s songs with us!👍👍 This is the next cool rocking song…🤘👍🤘⚡️ Can‘t wait for my Album…..it’s on the way… Ace smokes!!👍🤘🎸🤘 Keep on rocking and greetings from Germany 🇩🇪👍🤘🎸⚡️🌎
I listened to "Cherry Medicine" at least 10X's this morning I like it and on the first listen I like this song "Blinded" So far I like 3/4 songs 1) 10,000 VOLTS 2) CHERRY MEDICINE 3) BLINDED (4) Walkin On The Moon
Iam enjoying the entire album & after multiple cd spins I'd have to say "Fightin For Life" was my new favorite song as of Saturday 24th Like most of Ace's albums Iam sure like many other fans if Ace's music I will learn to like & appreciate all the songs eventually but until then I will continue to binge on certain songs. Cheers from ~NBS 🦂~Canada
I just read a negative review of Aces new album more or less calling him a has been and how he should just give it up. I don't understand. They must be deaf or stupid. Ace is back again with a great album.
Sounds good. It's kinda funny how I HAVE TO compare everything he has put/s out post KISS to his original solo album since it was and probably will be the paramount material he has/ever will release
Yeah, ok. This is a huge topic for me. All science is is tools and methods for understanding, and for separating truth from non-truth. Regardless of some of the ways we misuse technology, understanding differences between truth and fiction is critical. We are not blinded by science. Science is for seeing. We are blinded withOUT science! Good job though, Ace. Keep rocking.
Does anyone think this is even close to the 78 solo album? Everything I've heard (5 songs) fighting for life is good but the rest I'm just not getting the vibe that this is his best work. I love Ace but this is not what I expected. I wish him well but this is not great.
Ace has never been a great singer...but Im not a fan so far of most his vocals on the songs I have heard...so far this album has not really grabbed me..
