Thank you for the feedback! if you wish to support the channel you can LIKE or SUB or both :P regarding your question: remove the battery and charger and press and hold the power on button for 30-60sec. then plug in the battery and connect the charger and wait 5-10min without powering on. then power on and see if it works. we get a lot of this switch3 in the store and everyone of them have different solution some have bad components that needs to be replaced.

The point at 2:17 is impossible for me on the Acer Switch 5, I just can't get anything into the gap (I'm using the same iFixit kit) and have ended up damaging the surround a little as a result, any tips?

try start from other side no need to use a lot of pressure, there is no other way of getting inside, use a guitar pick a hard guitar pick. and do it slowly.

@@jayoli7073 Yes, the Switch 5 is different. The bezel is different, if you follow this video it doesn't work. You have to go directly between the bezel and the screen, then it pops out the same way as the video, just be verrrrrry careful!

Thank you! for the feedback and your support to the channel by SUB :P Sorry for late reply, i was out of town, regarding your question: i need to know if your charger is working if you can use a multimiter to check that, and press and hold the power ON for 60sec and try connecting the charger.
