Acetaminophen Overdose and Liver Failure: Preventing Tylenol Toxicity

I just don't understand it. I take 50 to 60 500mg paracetamol every month or so for the past two years. By rights I should be gone by now. Apart from being REALLY nauseous for 24 hours. Zero immediate effects. It's frustrating. Any thoughts Dr. Joe?

the instruction say take 2 every 6 hours.... will it be effective if i will make it 2 every 8 hrs, so it will total to 6 caplets in 24 hours?

I’ve seen intravenous acetaminophen being administered at 2 g loading and 1 g every 6 hours after… is that dangerous?
