I was a paratrooper in the military and broke my back on a combat training jump (amongst dozens of other serious injuries) and I had two choices. Bail on them or push through and literally walk it off. I walked it off. It was excruciating as my t7 vertebrae was broken but the lesson I leaned there (and a shit load of others based in pain and fear) the human body and mind is fucking incredible and you can do far more than you think you can. The only person stopping you from doing literally anything is you and your own fears and doubts. Even the worst pain in existence is bearable with the right mindset and intentions. I’ll always look up to my brothers missing their limbs and STILL kicking ass. Literally. Be real. Be hard but know when to be gentle without being a doormat.

I was injured at work. Hit with a few slugs from a press at work. Messed me up good. Because of your advice. I got running shoes and am going to run a 5k in September. My hip might be hurt but the challenge is accepted to achieve hard goals. I have learned to train mind and body

Great advice. At 32 i hit rock bottom, turned to self development after an epiphany then it too 7-8 years to see unimaginable success and freedom snd i'm so humbled and grateful. Stay Uncommon!

That’s very true. People, family or otherwise, will gossip because they have nothing better to do. It’s something you can’t control, so don’t worry about it. Just focus on the actionables and what you can control. You’ll be surprised how things still work out in the end.

Bedros i talk about the great advice you consistently put out. My friend who has been the only best friend really took it hard about me striving for a buissnes and financal freedom and he calls it the rat race. I could not sggree with him

That is never true, friend. If you have a properly functioning body, you have skills. And even if you don’t, if you have a properly functioning mind, you have mental skills. Dig deep and you’ll find more skills you never knew you had. 🙏
