You have changed my life so much I may not be a 2.0 yet but I’m a 1.5 My start 320 lbs that couldn’t make it up apply to stairs if my life depended on it I smoked for 20 years two packs a day every day On a lot of prescription medication’s, that would nothing more than coping mechanism to get through life On and on and on I’m just now getting to the point of being able to go to the gym to lift weights etc. after losing 70 pounds and still going quitting smoking getting off of all of my addictions. You have truly served me personally as a true inspiration, and I listen to your shows every day when I go out on a 5 mile bike ride and a 5 mile run every day. Thank you !!!

I absolutely LOVED what you said about behaving as if a camera was documenting everything you are doing. I am now imagining my ex girlfriend being able to see everything I am doing, on a daily basis...good and bad. This bit of advice is such great motivation to ALWAYS be doing activities that make me a better man, and also financially independent. I suffer from childhood trauma like yourself Bedros, and it's very easy for me to slide into self limiting belief patterns, for not only beliefs in myself, but also my abilities to generate wealth. I am now implementing this thought process (of being followed by a camera everywhere that she can view, and also my business mentor as well!), and will report back in a couple months as to my progress. Would love for you to do an episode on respect. I believe it's a powerful word, and rationalising and defining it helps. Engaging everybody with respect helps overcome so many issues. Also making sure you are being respected. One way I've define it: it's being deliberately considerate in an area of someone's life. Their time, money, opinions, belongings, relationship, hobbies, list goes on.

I didn't want to like him. I listened to his various RU-vid content for 1 whole day. I'm thankful I now have the basic tenants of what it takes to get ahead in life. This is absolutely remarkable. I can really relate to the part where you were stuck between work and negotiating with yourself. Im doing that right now. My fear and trauma is what is keeping me stuck. I dont feel like im adequate my self worth is low. I can start a job tomorrow if i want its a guaranteed job but its in my hometown and some the people who work there are people who used to make fun of me in high school and my fear and anxiety won't allow me to move forward and start working. I'm a loser i live with my mom now i dont have a license or anything and i come back to my hometown after 10 years of being away and im afraid of what theyll think of me. Everything inside of me is telling me to go back to the city where im comfortable but my family wants me to stay and work through the winter until i get my license but i just wasnt ready emotionially to be back here. However i am working on myself a little each day what you talk about i am applying. I set my alarm for 730 last night and this morning i woke up at 615. Just need to stop screen sucking first thing in the morning and stack wins so i can feel better about myself. The snowball effect like you talk about.

Warning signs of The Bear approached not even 5 minutes after watching this (pulling up for my morning coffee). I was almost reactionary. Took a step back, took a deep breathe and declared to the universe, what will be, will be. I can't change the situation, but i can changebhow I handle it. Thnak you!. I'm currently in a long process of turning my life around and doing something Inthought id never do. Get the skills to go to university. I left year 10 in 1998, had terrible grades and spent most of my life thinking it was impossible. That was when the depression lifted, having a sense of purpose. And having had chronic fatigue for 9 years (contracted from.glandular fever), i never thought it would go, but it's almost gone and I plan to start hitting the gym to see if realistic yet. I'm also on the way to getting tested for adhd, so I can better understand my brain and how to function properly in life. Considering im always looking up electronics and how certain devices work on here, your video coming up randomly was a great nudge from the creator.
