There’s an easier way by selecting track audio then under edit>tempo >write audio to project tempo.

Thanks for your awesome comment my friend. Much appreciated. You have 2 options regarding the Flexed tracks in your project. 1. Bounce in Place to permanently lock in the changes 2. Keep Flex switched on throughout. I’ve not experienced any additional CPU drain issues doing it this way even on much older machines (2011 iMacs). Have another amazing day out there in Brazil 🇧🇷.
