WE go threw everything you need to know about the stripping agent B17. From start to finish. How to mix, use, and protect yourself while using this dangerous stripper.
I was reading the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for that product and it lists hydrofluoric acid (HF) as one of the components. To be really safe, get some HF gel in case you have an accident with that stuff. HF burns are the stuff of nightmares. A burn the size of your palm is potentially fatal due to cardiac arrhythmia and a smaller burn can cause the loss of fingers, etc.
We never have any to dispose of.....it drops ever so slightly over time with use, but all you have to do to maintain the stuff is strain the peelings of removed paint here and there so the solids dont get annoying sticking to eveytthing. As it slowly drops over time, you just add to it. No matter how much you use it, it does not loose potency. VERY good stuff, if your powder coating daily its a must..... no more hours wasted blast stripping a defect.
