Me brotha,I have it the worst on cheeks ,but in past I used to have them like on the jaw line and those would hurt like hell,these are a bit better but far more noticable

At 58, acne is rather no longer a problem, but my nephew is going through that stage. He is almost suicidal over it. I took him to a theatrical supply shop to find makeup which would cover the acne. We were both well informed and instructed by the sta ff and it all worked out well
Acne destroyed my youth,i see there are other boys of my age having clear skin ,dating woman ,doing social gatherings,parties just because of their good looks whereas me avoiding all these because whenever i meet people they rather avoid me or don't talk after one meeting God is not fair for me atall
Dear Zayn. I completely understand you buddy. I do have acne, but I clean my face everyday and put moisturizer lotion on it daily. I can see the results are getting a bit better but I still have acne. Don't worry maybe the acne will go away, when we reach a certain age. ✌️

8 years of acne experience from 9th to graduation. Now I am little bit get rid of it.well thank god gor this but to avoid this acne I almost assoff. Daily routine - -sleep 7-8hrs -cover your pillow with towel before going to sleep. Make sure that towel is clean & also clean it every day before using it. -drink at least 10-12 ltr water. In the early morning after wake up drink 1 ltr water. -avoid oil & junk food like pizza, burger, etc other street food. -do some work out & walk at least 1 hour daily. -wash your fash very slowly with a decent pimples cleaner face wash after wake up and before going to sleep. If in mid day time possible you can wash off your face. Use a decent moisturiser. -NEVER EVER EVER touch your face except wash. -avoid dust & pollute area as possible. -one thing 'masterbut***' or 's*x' avoid this. -try to use less makeup. -go to sleep early but it depends on your time management per day. -gain daily some protein, fiber, calcium food. -MOST IMPORTANT thing is AVOID ""SUGAR/SUGAR CONTAINS FOOD"" as possible. So this is mah routine what's yours ?
Instead of covering your pillow just try washing your pillowcase every week or so, 10-12 ltrs of water is a bit a excessive, and masturbation and intercourse DO NOT cause acne. On a side not if you have hyper-pigmentation (dark spots) after the pimple has been dealt with try using natural remedies such as REAL honey (15-30 minutes or overnight) or your face or SMALL AMOUNTS of lemon juice. Just be careful and try to only apply the lemon juice to the darkened areas of the skin or mix it with something else. It can do a lot more harm than good. Edit : Fresh air and sweating also help; exercising and working out are great ways to get both in.
@@insolences6681 for me masturb*** cause acne that's why I am avoiding it last 3 yrs and dark spots will gone automatically if you drink enough water (12 ltr) per day as per my experience. I use oil daily in my hair so instead of pillow cover I use a towel so that I can wash my towel in the time of bath to keep fresh my pillow daily before going to sleep. Also I do exercise daily 1 -2 hours it also helps me to get sweat.
It's ok if u have acne i do have also,and sometimes I do feel insecure,but main thing is your personality and heart,cause acne will probably be gone after a time. Just be yourself, speaking from my heart 💜
Im 14 and I've got acne on my face, chest, shoulders, and back. It's pretty dang ugly on my back and shoulders. I really hate it on my face because it's ugly. My God acne is like a living nightmare and a half.

Ya but puberty is a good and bad thing it’s bad for us because we grow acne but imagine you not going through puberty. You would be 4 feet 5 and have a really high voice you would not want that right
I have acnes from 4 years and I hated it a lot , but 2 days ago I saw someone who had more worst acnes than me and then I said oh God thank you that I’m not like him 👌guys you won’t believe but my acnes are very less now , We should be happy with how we are , whenever you see something in you which disappoints you , then immediately look at someone who has given less than you or worst than you , JUST BE THANKFUL WITH YOUR ACNES OR WHATEVER

I hate acnes!! I barely ever play games, except for when eating, sleeping and when I’m in school, I’m almost always outside, I take my acne treatment, and don’t eat a LOT of Chocolate and dairy, but they still wont go away and new ones just keep coming
Reduce carbs and sugars, it will help tremendously. Try to bring it down to 0 sugar if possible. I wish i had known this 20 years ago but it really helps.
To everyone saying that dairy can be harmful: I’ve been eating dairy products for as long as I remember. I stopped for a month just to see if it were really affecting my acne. It did not. It’s all genetics, we have breakouts at specific times of the year (mine usually start mid-october, my skin is in its best condition during summer) and it’s also about how we react to these nutrients. Foods have no effect on me, but touching my face* does - therefore I must keep it clean. I use Johnson’s Clean & Clear lotion to clean my face whenever I feel like it and I give my face a good warm wash every evening. For washing I use SebaMed’s “Gentle Scrub” - it’s really good. Would rate it a solid 8/10
@@clan_goqt3363 Hi, the best solution I found over the three years is to wash your face at least twice per day with very mild face soap (look around in your local pharmacy or some big store, the soap can either be a liquid or a bar) And use something a bit more aggressive (like the "scrub" I mentioned in the original comment) 1-2 times a week. Another tip I have is to try getting regular exercise, higher the intensity, the better (within your limits though, ofc), and always wash your face after exercise /working out. And lastly, be patient, and don't touch it. Acne takes time to go away. I have a permanent scar on my left cheek because I popped a huge a-- pimple one time. No matter how ugly a pimple is, let it dry out on its own and just disappear. You can try covering it up with a bandaid in public (looks surprisingly normal in most cases) And tap the pimple with an ethanol alcohol-infused cotton pad for a minute or so per day (alcohol works great for drying pimples, but don't over do it) And don't wash your face too much either, only wash when it actually feels oily/grimy/dirty But 2 times a day should be your minimum. P.S. i've been fighting with acne for 2 years. now i'm turnung 25 and it really affected my confidence. I've used many products and they weren't working for me. I just tried Glycopeel last week and I have 2 more sessions to do. It's painful most especially during the pricking part. So far I'm seeing a little improvement. the reduction of oily look is one of them. Hopefully Glycopeel would work
have you tried isotretinoin? nothing helped my skin and i went through all antibiotics previous to this treatment, but isotretinoin is the end-all acne cure and works very effectively !!
Dude the best way to treat pimple is to have a good diet, try fasting. Eat only 12nn and 8pm, drink lots of water, dont eat food with salt and sugar. Wash your face with mild soap, then have a deep cleanser. Thats all!
Here is another solution. For me I take hot to cold showers. First I use the hot water to open the pores, then I can clean the oil. After that I use cold water to close the pore!

Learn to live with them like me. If you are tired of them, use 2.5% benzoyl peroxide from Paula's Choice to treat them. Remember to moisture enough and use sunscreen everyday. Good luck !
just eat healthy food, do some exercise drink plenty of water per day and don't touch ur pimple.. use face wash with lemon.. it may help you,... be patient
My confidence level go down when I get pimples from Hormones I’m almost an adult. My mom doesn’t have acne so that means my little zit will come and go it annoying but I hope I don’t have adult acne I’m only 17 finna be 18 in a few months so my skin should clear up in 2 Years
