I love them. I didn't know they were religious tho. I knew Derek was but not everyone. This means I might actually be able to go to a concert and my parents be okay with it Edit: yes I'm in one of *those* families. Granted were not extremists but rock concerts are kinda an 18+ thing to my parents
Nothing wrong with that. My younger self would have been pissed but now my 30something year old self wishes my parents raised me that way. People are praising Jake's performance like it's the second coming or something. It¨'s nice and all, but some of his harmonies just aren't in harmony with Derek, as in wrong and even off pitch at points. Derek on the other hand, steady as a fucking rock.

I didn't think so, (don't get me wrong I LOVE THEM) but a lot of their songs have bible verses, and say things like "asking God for just a little help with you"
