Over the last eight, nine years, I've noticed ICP is built from an acquisition perspective, not a retention perspective. It's always sales and marketing-led, not CS-led. But it should be a CS-led effort, especially now that VCs are keen on retention numbers for your ICP. It's no longer just about overall NRR. Is your ICP really sticky or not? This should be a company-wide focus, not just for marketing or sales."
