Aiyoh, Eric failed to mention the morning , afternoon and evening traffic congestion of working parents, parents dropping off kiddies at elite primary schools, kiddies taking buses and public transport, its a slow crawl , plus likelihood of sudden flash floods along the bukit timah road areas. I dont like elite schs leh, in fact next property dont plan to buy near elite schs. Also dont like the cars and noise.. cannot huat alrdy.. schs can move but mrts cannot, so count on mrts better? haha
Hi Eric, u Doesn’t mean all within 1km will huat. E.g. Le quest is within 1km with ACS and bad project. So, le quest will not huat. How about Bukit Batok west avenue 5 and 8 will huat? 😊It is within 1km with ACS as well.
