No different than doing any other K series manual transmission Honda since 2002/2003.

The amount of clips,stoppers,bolts just to get to another set of clips stoppers and bolts is enough to have me leave this alone lmao

Man, this is 10 times harder than the Civic EG clutches I used to do, in the 90s, in my garage, by myself, in a few hours. You actually need serious tools, for this job. Maybe I wont mod my CTR..LOL

I own a 2020 Type r clutch just went out been looking for a twin disk since the single disk was so heavy on the foot, will the 2017-2019 work with 2020 Type r? I can’t find a single Twin disk for the year 2020

Would putting a cat less down pipe on fk8 with intake and intercooler make my clutch slip ona hondata tune ? With only 17k miles

We are unsure of what increase in torque you will gain from a cat less down pipe, intake, intercooler and a hondata tune. Do you have an estimated torque output you will be producing with your upgrades? We can tell you that our HD kit with a street disc (P/N HC10-HDSS) will hold up to 363 Ft-Lbs. and our HD kit with a race disc (PN HC10-HDG6) will hold up to 464 Ft-Lbs. So, depending on which kit you use, If your upgrades do not surpass these torque capacities, then it should not slip. However, if you do surpass our torque ratings for these kits, then it will slip.

Hey guys how’d you reinstall the lower ball joints to control arms

Pull down on the lower control arm and then feed the ball joint into place. This is shown in the video at 26:51 for the passenger side and at 27:34 for the driver side.

I just did my clutch but I stopped because the sleeve doesn’t want to go back into place.

Go watch when he removes the lower ball joint at 9:02 the ball joint comes out with a sleeve but when he installs it back the sleeve is already back on the control arm not the ball joint itself
