Amen. I am indeed heartily sorry. Lord, help me correct the morass of bad habits that plague my life, for they have become my grief. Since coming to the Faith, I have come to know your love, and so to truly despise sin. I look upon the sins of my youth, and blush with embarrassment, I look upon the sins of my young adulthood and scowl at myself with disgust, and I look at the sins of my present life, and I tremble, and can only try to amend.
