I know I already commented and have been going back and forth with doing so again. I just recently had a near death experience. Coma, intabated, the whole nine. I listened to this video for a good week before. I didn't get through this by chance. Drs are shocked. I baffled ICU, nurses and the likes. I have been a believer that we can help ourselves heal and this is the best place to start. Thank you so much for teaching us all this treasure. I did visit someone while under to get my family the message that I was going to be alright and did wake more exhausted than I ever have been. But I also felt like I had control of my own body. I could get all weird and keep going but just know that you are on to something and as an empath, it is amazing for us when you really dive in and give it a try. I have a question. I'm sure you all can tell I just found this channel because I'm commenting as I go (sorry if that's annoying). Does anyone have a good recommendation for a pain relief file? Maybe hypnosis paired with PMR? I'm trying to take the edge off a pain flare. Not only do I have several autoimmune issues, I was hit by the roof of an amusement park ride in 2002 and have thunderstorm induced PTSD. Then I was a pedestrian hit by a car 8 years ago today. Lots of chronic pain and a crooked spine to begin with. I know...too much information. Sorry.
