Activating iDrive 8 Remote Engine Start

I purchased the remote engine start to get on the car but it is forever stuck in "activating" mode and it's been stuck there for almost a week on the vehicle apps :( I'm connected to the myBMW app and even the app doesn't have it on there either :( BMW assist was not able to help either :(

Press All Climate in the climate screen to the left. There are sliding tabs. Pushing fan down just lowers it.
