I silently watch these vlogs, never commented but always liked. As an entrepreneur myself, really enjoy seeing your journey Taylor.

Really enjoyed that one. If ever we are really busy and stretched to the limit (and beyond) I always think of it as a problem but a NICE problem. A bad problem is sat there at ten in the morning with no orders to pack, no emails to respond to and no overrun projects to finish (or even start). It sounds like you have hit a real “peak” with your staff getting through the workload and I know you will not hire too quickly and hiring wrong due to time restraints can be a disaster but you look like you have a great team and communication looks good so maybe try a monthly “catch up” night or similar with a definite stop time for the normal day, tools down and a few pizza slices and then twenty mins later start back on jobs that NEED doing but aren’t getting done but make sure staff know that it’s a real “blitz” of say two hours then we all head home. Nothing worse than having to work overtime when you have no idea how long it’s going to be. 20 x people doing 2 hours one night a month is like having another member of staff for a full week. Doesn’t even have to be related to the normal job it may just be a desk or machine that needs moving to increase productivity but during the day there is no spare time. Keep doing the videos though, there’s a lot of us out there look forward to them.
