The biggest cons about these cars are the headlight performance after while they can't show a good beam of light in front the car

It’s crazy how off you are about the bad lmao. They DO have power windows. The interior is not anything special but it definitely isn’t ugly and the seats are very comfy. Makes sense tho considering your dream car is the god awful bubble car 350z.

i probably wouldve agreed about the headlights back in 94 when they came out but theyve grown on me over the years. i especially like them now just for how they stand out and are recognizable from across a parking lot. the other headlights just look like another accord or something else from the era

I still love this car. It is the first Acura I fell in love with. I still smile when I see one especially with the spider lights.

Very negative points of view all the time through the video, its actually tiring. And such a shame, as the car should be objectively spoken of, but your projecting the negative look people who generally dont own one love to talk shit. Ive owned two DC2 Type Rs and the sound from any of them, the RS, GS, GSR and Type R, are very similar, but ofc VTEC will always give that extra good feeling. But the fact you talk about the car in 85% negative vibe in the wording and shit, just dissapointed me to no end. I always view a video of the Integra due to my love for it, and this just got me annoyed. Be more objective and put forward things at things that MIGHT concern you. Saying people need to be high to like the interior, is just fucking unecessary man. The Integra community is amazing, In every country ive been in mine, germany, sweden, denmark, Portugal, France, they are very giving. This will be the only vid Ill view from you, too bad, as the generall setup of your video seems to be good...but your forcing the viewer to get your opinion and only that...very frustrating. I hope you even that out in the future Mark...this is just borderline annoying. Better your wording, and energy when you talk about cars that actually has an iconic status, either you or others like it or not. And theyre not slow when you get them btw, its way easier to drive a "slow car" fast, than the other way round. You just struggle too much saying the things that are supposed to be positive, I dont find it believeable. Just my cents. Have a great day man

Should of done better research, my gsr has comfy seats, has power windows and sunroof, and it has cruise control.

Just a little thing with the trims. So the base models, in the US, came with B18Bs where as the GS-Rs and Type Rs came with variants of the same engine. GS-R came with the B18C1 and the Type R came with the B18C5! Also base models are DC4s where as upper/sportier trims are DC2s. One last thing lol, GS-Rs have skyrocketed in price since this video, they’re going for around $10,000 to even up to $25,000 on BAT! USDM front gang

Riced out is not an understatement. You CANNOT find a decent gen2 lower than $8k that is stock. They only way to get one is if somebody dies and their relatives sell their car not knowing what they got. I had a '90 GS-it was the best car I've ever owned.

I have a 1997 Acura Integra LS sedan and mine came with both power windows and cruise control. While mine was daily driven it was garage kept I got an Asian grandmas car so it’s condition was 9/10 inside and minor sun damage. While it’s auto, I’ll manage :,/.

Doesn't have power windows or cruise control? Have you ever been in an Integra? This video seems very under researched, and it sucks because I've liked a few other of your videos. Just because you don't like how it looks doesn't mean it's a bad car.

You Need To Drive The Car! You broke my heart with this one. The exhaust note was similar to the F1 cars of the day. You played a recording of a modified Integra... That car sounds really bad. Don't take it out of text, the exhaust note was tuned to sound like the fastest track cars of its day because Honda made the engines for them. You were off on several things about this car because you lack seat time in them. (I am grateful that you took the time to make the video and like what you do.) That said I own two Integras. One has the crisp five speed manual and the other is an automatic. Having both I can tell you with certainty the automatic on this car is actually amazing. Its internals are more like a manual. It is supposed to be shifted, and when you do you are rewarded with a high revving, quirky fun, experience. The auto is tough and not prone to problems that other transmissions are plagued with. The Integra was only fast in its day, my wife's Honda Civic is faster than both of my cars, in a straight line. This car is not about going straight. This car is all about driver feed back. With a little, thoughtful, and minor, tuning the suspension can be honed in to feeling like that of high end super cars. For under two grand the car can ride like a Ferrari. As you said the car can be had for cheep, it is worth putting time in to if you like that type of thing. It is an amazing car. Do yourself a favor and drive one on a curvy unobstructed road... You will thank me later.

I own a 1994 Integra GSR which I purchased new in 94. It curently has fewer than 90,000 kms on the meter. It is a Canadian car and yes it's sold as an Acura not a Honda in Canada. I have never seen an Integra in tge North American market that did not come with electric windows, not sure where you got that information. Perhaps they came with crank up windows in other markets. I agree there is a lot of plastic in the cat but it has held up well in over 27 years of ownership. Compared to my 2012 Civic, I can't say the Integra has more plastic than a newer Honda. I prefer the round headlights and North American front end over the JDM counterpart. Doing the conversion isn't worth the money nor does it do anything to increase the resale value of my car. I have no intention of ever selling my Integra. It'll go to my son one day.

You say that us Americans didn’t like the spider eye headlights? Where did you get that idea? That is literally a huge reason besides economy why I bought my 2001 Acura Integra! The whole look reminded me of a poor man’s Porsche, and I absolutely loved the look of it, especially with the fog lights too! In fact, I bought mine right near the end of the year, and because of that I saw what the redesign was going to be with the RSX in the next year - I was so revolted by the look of it (with it’s rectangle lights, to boot), that I made sure to make my 2001 purchase ASAP! It’s still a champ, with only ~96k miles - not bad for a car over 20 years old. 😁 It’s a shame they only made the LSR with cloth interior though. I refused to buy a different model because all of those were all leather, since I am a vegetarian. I added the exterior spoiler and bottom kit to make it look like a GSR on the outside though. I might’ve bought the more collectable, faster type R if they were vegetarian friendly. Shame. P.S. When you talk about reliability… My poor Acura hasn’t had an oil change in about 3 years LOL. I barely drive it because I’m disabled, but it really shows what champs they are. Also, yes my LS Acura has cruise control. Geez, we living back in the Stone Age. And my car has power windows too! The seats aren’t that comfy though. But I have a back problem anyways, so I use a bottom cusion and a back pillow. My exhaust doesn’t sound anything like what you showed either. That car’s exhaust was tampered with, dude. I couldn’t disagree more with your opinion of how bad you say the car looks though. I love it.

This video was very helpful to me, I’m 20 (turning 21 in April) and hoping my first car is going to be my dream car which is the integra 1994 Gsr hatchback. I feel like the reason the torque didn’t go up as much is because Honda wanted to avoid torque steer in the integra. With other more powerful FWD cars that’s a big problem they all have.

I had a 93 civic DX and a 2002 Rsx type s before but nowadays there’s no need to delete AC but I see some with the delete but I’m going to buy a tl type or Rsx type s I’m just going to pick one of the two and daily it.
