I know this situation sucks, especially when you're tired, dirty, have two kids waiting, blah blah but after it happened, why would she be "shaking" and "walking in a circle" at the airport? She's a multimillionaire with nannies, plenty of money, no job to get to in the morning and a hotel suite fully available to her at the location she's stuck in. It's not like her kids were home alone, and she had no money for a hotel, taxi, another meal, etc. Shaking and pacing around? Dude, calm down. And why would a multimillionaire be flying a shit box like Southwest in the first place?
I would guess because it was terribly embarrassing and traumatic to be escorted off a plane for being falsely accused of being a trouble maker. No one believing your story. people not listening to you. Being victimized by that man, then again by the authorities. your plans to be home with your family disrupted. having to go from sleep mode, to defense mode, to what the hell do I do now mode. I would think that kind of stuff.
