If you want to really learn this, get Stanton Moore's Groove Alchemy. Adam is awesome. Stanton Moore explains how all these grooves evolved and plays each step in the evolution. Great instruction by Adam though.

This guy is so smooth, never tense. Can't say I've seen a video of him where he isn't dancing behind the kit.
