Adam was a living legend in my eyes growing up. I remember him doing a smorgasbord of Italian, mexican. He actually called his mother to ask for desert. Like if you remember the episode!

All the respect for Adam. He wasn't trying to be the best in the world at competitive eating. He just wanted to entertain and travel the country doing food challenges. It's fascinating to see all the types of food challenges restaurants have around the US. And you get a little bit of intimacy of the people and culture around the area. I say he did a damn good job at it. But ultimately, you can't do it forever. It takes a toll on anyone's body.
