Adam gets physical. South African top Kneeboarder and his winning ways 

Adam (Adoom to his mates) Shapiro has been a feature of South African kneeboarding since the middle 80s. As a young teenager he got pulled into the kneeboarding club in Durban, the Natal Kneelos, and has remained one of the strengths in the sport at all levels. Adoom has been the number one seed in the national team, he's made provincial and national finals. But he's never won a major event. Until the Westside Invitational 2021. Oh, he's threatened, he's come second more times than a bridesmaid. One thing that is remarkable about Adoom is his training regime and his focus on body health, fitness and success.
