Used to live 5 mins walk from St. Helens where the Ospreys played, and then after the move to the liberty would train occasionally.. would often see Adam and that wonderful vintage of Ospreys team around Uplands and Brynmill. Surreal moments like having coffee at the next table to Alun Wyn. I remember one time catching Adam and Lyn Jones walking out of the chippy with a massive stack of bags of chips for the lads. There were some mad stories of Adams orders before he went pro and took more serious note if his diet.. a super nice bloke, and an absolute legend of the game.

Adam Jones - probably my all-time favourite and that includes all the Quinells and Geoff Wheel.

I saw Adam at the airport years back went over to say hi and shake his hand I felt like a dwarf, dude is a giant! Very nice man though!

Not to be mean because I am a massive Adam Jones fan.. but he seems fucked after 15-20 seconds work here. All in all as an Irish Fan I think he should be lining up for wales come the world cup but at the same time.. I'm Happy he is not lining up against us
