Love the "what if.." and being open to new ideas. I've had to revamp my web design business so that I can talk to my clients more via Skype and Zoom instead of having face to face meetings. Thanks for sharing, I found this very informative. Keep up the great work!

Thanks for raising my awareness of AQ. I agree it has become more and more important over time. And I love the idea of investing in your own training.

I've always thought of that as being flexible. Like a tree bend with the wind so you don't break. Now you've got me pondering the difference. Awesome topic.

I used to be the LEAST adaptable person I ever knew :) Thankfully over time I learned that it was pretty much either adapt or be 100% miserable. These are important tips!

Without the ability to adapt in any and all situations, it'll be very hard to grow and be the strong professional you want to be. Love the video!

I used to be the one person that wasn’t able to adapt until I realized that it’s because I hated change. I was in a comfortable space and adaptability meant I had to change and give up my safe and comfortable space. Thank Goodness I had a great mentor who showed me that change is good and that adaptability ushers in growth.

This is so good. We all have to adapt, and if we're more conscious of building this skill, we'll be even better off. Thanks for your video.

Great points Carol. I totally agree that adaptability at work is one of the top soft skills right now. As the market keeps getting disrupted, it's so important for everyone to build up that adaptability muscle.

I definitely resonated with your point on our ability to listen and having an open mind to understand other team members point of view, so important. I find that the ones that listen more than trying to always be right and share their opinion are more effective in their execution. Really great tips Carol!
