What shoes CAN you wear with Shoe Lifts & Height Insoles?
#1 Always use shoes that are at least ankle height or taller
#2 Don't use Add Height with runners, it wont work.
#3 Make sure your shoe or boot is always tied up well and the height insole is pushed all the way to the back.

The shoes I wear are called, Jordan dub zero white cement. Will they fit well in this type of shoe?

I have question, I wear Air Jordan lowtop shoes and the last time I got high insoles, my heel was actually sticking out of the shoe which made it very noticeable. If I buy these will I have the same problem with my heel sticking out?
