Fun fact: If you want to get Qing to collapse, the easiest way to do it now is with investment rights. Just build nothing but agricultural buildings in Qing, as each one destroys 1 subsistence farm. This is extremely bad for Qing because agricultural buildings employ only 5k people while a subsistence farm employs 10k people. So each agricultural building you build in Qing essentially creates 5k unemployed and lowers the price of that agricultural product making every other subsistence farm less profitable. This causes massive dip in Qing's SOL and can quickly lead to massive unrest. This isn't an issue in smaller countries as you can easily get new jobs for peasants, but for Qing, this can be a death sentence.
