HMAS Leeuwin, HMS Tamar and USS Emory S. Land abreast during their visit to Cairns in Queensland, Australia to signify the alliance and partnership of the three nations. The AUKUS partnership stems from our collective commitment to maintain peace, security and prosperity in the region.
USS Emory S. Land, a fully capable and mission-ready submarine tender which provides expeditionary intermediate-level maintenance, services, and logistics support to deployed submarines, has made its first port visit to Darwin in a series of port visits around Australia.
