A smoothed brown noise track combined with high beta wave isochronic tones for the left brain. Helps to correct a hemisperic imbalance often found in those with ADHD. Part of my ADHD intense relief isochronic tones series.
This isochronic tones music session is designed to speed up your brain while keeping your left brain hemisphere dominant. This is helpful for increasing concentration, attention and reducing emotional response and hyperactivity in those with ADHD.

Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) are usually characterized by "slow-wave" EEG patterns, particularly in the left frontal region. This session stimulates the left brain hemisphere with a much higher frequency than the right, which helps to correct a hemispheric imbalance.
Note: Each brain hemisphere controls the opposite side of the body. So to stimulate the left brain hemisphere the frequency is played in the opposite right ear, and to stimulate the right hemisphere that frequency is sent to the left ear.
Both ears start with the 10Hz frequency, which gradually ramps up until the 15-minute mark. At this stage, the right ear (left brain hemisphere) receives 40Hz for 5 minutes and the left ear (right brain hemisphere) receives 14Hz. This cycle is then repeated 9 times over the course of the 3-hour track.
Headphones/Earbuds Are Required
As this session stimulates each ear with a different frequency, you do need to wear headphones/earbuds to get the full effect. To find out more about this type of split hemisphere stimulation, check out my article here: www.mindamend.com/brainwave-e....
What Volume?
Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with.

when i was a kid in the 80's i had a Hankscraft humidifier made by Gerber. the sound it made was perfect. it kept me calm. when it was turned on i could do all of my homework without trying to sneak outside to play. i went to bed without a fuss and always slept through the night. that humidifier was priceless. years went by, life happened and it was lost in my early 20's. i've been looking for something, anything, to get that feeling again. that comfort. that calm. i'm not sure i'll find that humidifier sound again, but this video is the closest i've found. thank you so much for creating this.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN THAT. If it's repetitive, then SOMETIMES I can get into the groove of focus, but if the cycle/predictability of the song/melody is interrupted, everything falls apart 😂😂 This one is much nicer, there's essentially nothing present in the sound to hyperfocus on, it's just like a plane of smooth butter or something 🤣

I'm not sure he has in the description that we 'need' headphones/earphones, when he has the title saying isochronic tones are involved, and no binaural beats are involved. Either these aren't isochronic tones, or he needs to fix the description.

I read pink noise is best for sleeping, but test them out and find what works best for you.
@beebuzz959
@beebuzz959 7 месяцев назад
@@araizabdulqayyum911 There are different types of "noise" like white, black, violet, etc., but I think brown and pink are supposed to work best for ADHD. This particular one might work better with headphones/earbuds (I use sleeping one that uses flat-ish speakers inside of a headband and are wireless) because this also uses binaural beats. Those are where one ear is played at say, 10 decibels, and the other at 20, so using headphones forces the brain to work by making up the difference to 15. That work is where you really get the benefit. And be sure he doesn't listen too loud because it can damage his hearing. It helps most people to have a schedule. Maybe go over his day with him, seeing what he needs to get done and by when, and break it down how much time he'll need to put in each day to get to the end result. ADHD tends to make us think we have way more time than we do, and hours can pass like seconds. And he needs stimulation, so if he doesn't get it elsewhere, he'll wind up in front of a screen watching things or playing games, and that will suck the dopamine right out of him. Do what you can to have anything like that as a reward after he's done some work, and more towards the end of the day, but not right before bed because it can keep him awake. But he DOES need rewards AND breaks, if he is saying so, or he'll feel overwhelmed and shut down, and it won't be his fault. But often if you just guide him towards something that doesn't suck it out of him, dopamine will instead build (like being active), and he will fill fulfilled and be able to pay attention better. I'm not an expert, but struggling with it myself I've watched a lot of things on it, but try playing around to see what works best for him. But also getting outside some in fresh air and being active, WITH sunscreen if it's sunny, and maybe breaking things down into smaller chunks until he can learn to do it himself, AND checking on him to make sure he doesn't get sidetracked. It can be hard not to get angry with him over this, but try to remember a lot of it he can't help, and you telling him off over it can make it worse for him. So it's best if you can take a deep breath and try to remember he just needs guiding, and that will probably help a lot.

@GothicGamer2012
@GothicGamer2012 5 месяцев назад
@@ciaranwalsh2131It definitely got rid of the ADHD "noise" and allowed me to control my focus but it also had its drawbacks. Figured I'd respond with my own experience in case it helps. Feel free to ask me anything else about it. This sound gets rid of the brain noise and helps with focus but it doesn't provide the kind of hyper focus I had on the meds. It felt similar to a massive caffeine rush but less bouncy, it was instead relaxed and extra awake with all the extra energy going to my focus rather than my body. It was mildly unpleasant at first but stick it out and you get used to it. The effects lasted most of the day, 12 hours at least. I had side effects of: 1. Severe appetite suppression (went from overweight to slightly underweight in 2 months and was very concerning, this gradually went away after that as I adjusted). It helped for me to stop taking it on Saturdays and Sundays to allow myself to eat properly until I adjusted. 2. Minor nausea for an hour after taking it in the morning. 3. Insomnia if I took it too late in the day (I was completely unable to sleep until it wore off so if I took it late I'd be up late that night). In return I got: 1. The ability to focus on anything of my choosing regardless of whether I found it fun or not. 2. The silencing of ADHD "noise" like this sound does but a bit more efficiently and lasted all day. 3. Minor reduction in anxiety levels, not enough to do much with but it was noticeable. 4. Minor tolerance increase for annoyances. Things that normally angered me became minor annoyances I could shrug off most of the time. Less arguments with my mum over stupid shit. 5. Minor increase in social tolerance. I'm introverted and being around other people in a social setting is as mentally draining to me as being in a stressful exam. I found it took a little longer for my social battery to drain completely. I recommend trying them just to see if they're a good option for you. They are life changing to some and we're all different. Start with a low dose, tough it out for at least 1 month. If you like what it's doing for you, ask your doc for an increase. If the effects get too strong, tell your doc and reduce the dose. Entirely up to you. I would highly discourage using them with antidepressants as both at the same time counter each other and can cause seizures. Ask your doc about different meds you take if any to check if they're safe together.

I am really, really thankful for this video, it's incredibly helpful!🙏 I was looking for a sound which wouldn't distract me while studying because when I didn't listen to anything I would be so endlessly bored but listening to ANY kind of music even just simple LoFi beats would distract me really much. Most white noise feels like my brain is suffocating or just really irritates me, so I was desperate to find something that keeps my brain engaged and stimulated but also allows me focused. When I first listened to this track I was like:"now what is THAT?! it probably won't work but let's give it a shot" and oh boy it was an absolute game changer. This sound makes my brain feel so calm, (calm in a way that I do not have 100 thoughts at once which all want attention), engages my brain and let's me allow to focus. Now everyday life feels a bit weird when I do not listen to it.

I have always felt something is wrong with me, but for years I haven't even been able to focus or concentrate long enough to realise that focus and concentration is the problem! Finally the cacophony inside my head has been silenced and I can hear my own thoughts clearly probably for the first time in my life.

Hi Jason, thanks for your videos 🙏 I have 2 of your smooth brown noise vids saved in my meditation playlist & I love them. Like many humans at this time, with the new energies, time glitches & dna upgrade symptoms, I'm finding it hard to focus & stay on task. I've been describing it as my brain has adhd, haha. I'm finding it hard to stay mindful in whatever I'm doing, I'm a meditation teacher yet I'm having to keep come back to my breath as my mind keeps straying & I can't stay focused. So I've been listening to solfeggio tones (mainly 528hz), binaural beats & doing meditations like your brown noise vids. Is this your best one for stilling thoughts, to help my brain adhd switch off? Haha.

Hi Erinn, thanks for listening. Yes, I would definitely recommend this one as being particularly good for ADHD and calming your mind. I am usually reluctant to refer to a track as my best one though, as I've learnt through experience that people can respond to things very differently. I get people commenting on tracks of mine that have very little views, sayng that it is their goto track that works every time for them. While some other people also don't gel well with my most popular and well-liked tracks. As we are all wired a little differently, it can often take some trial and error to find a track that really hits the spot for you.

Even better than the deep smoothed brown noise + high focus isochronous tones and higher quality too! Thanks so much for your work!

I’m not sure why this showed up in my feed but I sure am glad it did. This is genuinely pleasant to listen to. Does that mean I have ADHD? 🤔

No, (not necessarily), it just means that it relaxes you, (because of the "brainwaves" (imitation) etc.)!

When I first clicked on the video I thought it was going to be related Van Halen's 'brown sound😂'. I often wondered when I was younger why I needed music on to help me study!. Wish I could have found this sooner!👍
