Have just bought them instead of dame 8 because of durability and traction! Outsile rubber is insane hard, should last forever! Heel slippage is real, tied runner's knot and fixed everything in a moment! Love these shoes! I use Harden Stepback 3 for wet outdoor court, they grip very well, when court is dry these bite like crazy! On wet court these glide like skates 😂
Love this channel! As a mom of a kid who plays center & used to suffer from ankle injuries, this channel has been a game changer. No ankle sprains since finding this channel 😊
I found out about this shoe yesterday and I was searching for reviews whether to buy it or not. This came in handy. Thank you for the great content as always!
First time i was click baited by the thumbnail and stayed by the outsole dremel durability test. Then after few videos that i was shocked by microscope addition. And now there is a ball drop test for cushion. You can never stop to amaze me. You should change your name from foot doctor to foot engineer.
I bought these from Ross in all red and white and paid $16.99. 😅 I wore them at work where I'm on my feet all day (8-10 hr shift), first time in I can't remember where my knees do not hurt, I did notice my lower back though was stiff as hell. Still rather have the stiff back vs. sore knees Lol.
Doc please try to compare the original pair to the fake pair I just wanna know what is the difference materials using between them. your videos is so satisfying to watch!
Zach, have you heard of the STR/KE MVMNT Vimana Carbon? They're alleging the plate bends mostly at the forefoot and resists torsion due to the CF weave. Anatomical toe box. Supposedly good for workouts and running on compacted dirt trails...even casual wear. It's obviously not a basketball shoe, but curious how it rates according to your tests.
If you could review the knees over toes guys zero drop, wide toe box basket ball shoes that would be great! Getting your opinion would be very valuable!
Hello Zach, really appreciate your videos. I want to buy new pair of sneakers and I was wondering which shoes are the bounciest? I think that is what lots of basketball players are wondering and I think it would make a great video!
Dr Zach, I have flat and painful arches. Outflared feet with a 2E width. Painful heel too. What are your recommendations for everyday use and basketball(mostly indoor).
As a person who just plays in his free time and just wants a shoe he can play in for a long time, would you rather recommend the dame certified or the don issue 4 ?
Please make a review on nike airmax impact 4 because it is the most popular shoes in our region herw jn the Philippines, almost all players wear it in our region for basketball.
i have been looking for good overall outdoor shoes (asian courts), especially with good durability and cushioning. I have come upon a decision between these certified and impact 4, what do you think is better? or do you have any other alternatives? im open for suggestions, thank you in advance..
Thanks for all of the content and especially the heel to toe drop info. Do you know what models offer the most neutral 0 heel to toe drop? I’ve discovered more heel to toe drop causes me more knee pain so trying to purchase accordingly. Thanks again for the great work!
Yeah it’s hard to see because the software isn’t tuned the way I like for showcasing but the stoppage time you want small(narrow) and the force vectors high (tall) im working on making it easier to see- I have it down good in my tennis reviews because the tennis serve is so easy to calibrate for but for hoops it’s tougher
I would go Dame Certified. The Don 3/4 cushion bottoms out quick & the traction on those aren't as good, not sure about how good the D Rose 11s are tho. Dame Certified is durable with the best traction even on dusty courts, only problem I had with it is heel slippage, to fix it tie your shoes in a runners knot
I’ve seen so many reviews of these but I want your personal opinion as a foot doctor. Does this perform better than the kyrie Low 5? I’m looking for a durable outdoor shoe and I’m torn between these and the Low 5.
Hey Zach, I have a bulky feet and a bulky orthotic. I cannot seem to find a shoes that has a wide enough, but mostly high enough toe box. Only thing I have found so far are some Keen hiking shoes. Not gonna ball in those lol. Any suggestions?
Good day Doc Zach, Im from the Philippines and one of your biggest fan. Just want to inquire which is better hoop shoes for performance and injury prevention, a low top or a high top?
Have just bought them instead of dame 8 because of durability and traction! Outsile rubber is insane hard, should last forever! @@FootDoctorZach also do you think you’ll ever review the nb two way 3? I didn’t catch your answer in the live stream if you already answered. I know you have a lot of shoes stocked to review and might not have time but it’s my favorite shoe this year and I think it’s definitely one to check out
I’m not sure if it’s just my foot shape or not, but from the day I bought these certified lillards, I knew I was going to sprain my ankle in them. I personally didn’t feel like they had good ankle support
Dame 8 is supposed to be more comfortable but traction on the Certified is way better (really good on dusty courts). I've heard ppl say they would go with the Dame Certified over the Dame 8 usually
