hey guys.. question, does anyone have problems with IR remote? i own a pair of inno pocket spots and into pocket scans. with the inno spots the IR remote is perfect but i seem to have trouble with the scans. they don't always respond. is this just me?
Very informative video Brian with step by step instructions. My question is, I'm about to order 2 of the Pocket Rolls and was wondering if this video would also apply to those. I'm going to incorporate the Rolls with the Quad Scan Pro so I wanted to make sure I could mirror the Rolls just like you dis here with the Scans. Thanks in advance.

Hey Brian, thanks for your videos man, they're great. Can I ask you one question though? If Im using two pocket scans and two pocket rolls on one truss, how can I control the two pairs independently with one IR remote? i.e. turn the scans off and leave the rolls running?
thank you Brian, i would have beat my pocket rolls with a bat if I didn't have this tutorial. I will say American DJ dropped the ball, when running in DMX mode I have not found where you can run them in sound active. bummer, thanks again for the education. Danny

Your reviews helped me to decide to go ahead and get for a series of charity events: 1 x ADJ Stinger 2 1 x Pocket Roll 1 x Pocket Scan 1 x ON-X 2 x Tbar Stands They came with no instructions... I wonder if you can help??? 1) In what order on the Tbar stands should I mount them? Which one Left, which Right on one stand (Stage Left) and Which one Left / Right on the other (Stage Right)... 2) In what order should I link them to sync them? Thanks, Gareth
At my wits end here!!! I have 2 Inno Scans and 2 Inno Spots. Have the SPOT (1) as Master, SPOT (2) as SL 1. They work fine! Now the SCANS...Cannot get them out of DMX mode. I have read, listened, researched...even reset them multiple times. I just want them back in sound active as SL 2. Any help would be GREAT! Thanks Brian for all your vids!
I have the ADJ pocket scans with no remote. I control with a DMX board. There is no channel to adjust brightness via DMX. Is there any way to adjust it without the remote?
Nice informative vid!! I have a question on the uc-ir remote, is there a way to control for example 2 inno p. spots, and 2 inno p. scans independently? Lets say I have 2 of each only want the spots on and the scans off at at certain time in a song.

I have a ? I purchased to focus spots 2 and it comes on the unit with an IR led light however when I downloaded the Airstream IR App it looks like it's not compatible can you help on this one and recommend what I need to do.
Hi Brian, daft question but can you use the pocket spots with the scans? ie could you set a spot as master and have say 2 scans as slaves and turn them all on/off by pointing the remote at the master spot.....
Hey I bought 2 Inno Pocket Scans and I am following your instructions for setting them up in a master/slave configuration, however, my 1st (master) light will NOT go to "master", when I do exactly like you say my light goes back to "adj" which is where it is when I first turn it on!!! HELP!!!!! I really want to be able to use these!!!! Thx, Scott

Hey Brian, When the info pocket scan is in slave 2 mode, only the master goes in standby using the remote, slave 2 goes in to open spot instead . How can I fix this?
Hi.Just got a pair of the inno pocket twin spots. Great lights but how can I get them to keep facing front of house on the dance floor without panning down on the stage and behind me.
Hey there Brian, so I picked up 6 of these fixtures, actually 4 of the pocket scans and 2 of the pocket rolls and eventually I'll pickup another 2 rolls. So I have 2 quick questions. 1 - How the heck to you daisy chain the power cables? They are not like my other ADJ fixtures, the power out on these seems odd to me. 2 - Regarding the IR Remote, do ALL the lights need to be connected via DMX for 1 remote to control them all, or do I need a separate remote for each set of lights? I'm pretty frustrated. I just got 4 inno pocket spot lzr lights and I can't get the IR to work with the app for the life of me. The lights came with the IR headphone unit. Is there some place in the menu that I'm supposed to tell the fixture to respond to remote or IR? If there is, I can't find it in the menu and nothing on the app does anything to control the light.
Joshua Weiss Be sure to turn the volume up all way on your IPhone or IPad. Sounds strange but i had the same issue you had then I turned up the volume and it worked. Hopefully it will do the same for you.
Hey Brian. Great demo. Thanks for showing how to do all that in detail. I jus wanted to ask u 2 questions. Does the inno pocket scan use the same exact remote as the inno pockets spots. Reason I'm asking is cause I have 8 pockets. 8 remotes. Lol. If they work & i decided to get a few scanners as well I wouldn't need to buy any additional remotes Right? Also, 2 of my inno pocket spots r facing in the wrong direction. How do I get them to turn around. Is that an inversion. They r the only 2 that came to me like that & I'm having trouble turning them around. Weird. Again, Thank u so much for your videos.
Hey there. Yup, same IR remote. On your 2 misbehaving lights, check both the pan/tilt inversions. To make them face the same direction & do the same thing, both pan/tilt should be NO & the Slave mode should be SL1. To make that mirrored image, pan/tilt should be YES and SL1 should be selected. Hey Brian, thanks so much for your response. Yes I actually figured it out last night & now I got them exactly how I want them. I jus wanted them facing in the same direction to start (straight) so I could then put them in the pan /Tilt. I jus started messing around with the Pan//tilt & figured that was the problem. I jus thought it was something more complicated than that cause when i actually first got them i didnt even have any light or movement coming out of them. Strange cause my pearls were jus fine. Anyway, Thanks again for responding & showing us all how to do that pan/tilt. It looks awesome with 8.
I need some help from anyone that is knowledgeable on the set up an inno-pocket spot. I need to set the lights so they stay on white snowflakes. These will be used at my brothers wedding and I’m in charge of setting everything up. Thanks to anyone that can help
