@@mojganrafiei6840 Unfortunately, no. We live within an apartment unit, after several unsuccessful attempts to remedy we finally put in a work order and had the fridge replaced. Wish I had better news.
Somewhat helpful but did not show all lights on at once that supposedly is the coldest temp. Plus the unit they showed had COLD on both the far left and far right. What the hell does that mean?
Whirlpool refrigerator instructions are terrible. If only they'd say something like this: Leftmost indicator is warmest setting, rightmost indicator is colder, all four indicators simultaneously, is coldest setting.
my refer has same panel except a snowflake at every setting. Each is slightly bigger than the next. very hard to even measure the size of each. How about one flake up to 4 flakes for coldest.
The buttons are different on my machine. I don’t understand. How do I do it? Mine doesn’t show the way you have your buttons. Mine has snowflakes that’s it.

My LED light and lights are not even working to do any of these settings and there is no phone number to call to get more information. The manual is BASIC info. No troubleshooting options etc. 🤬
Food still freezes on the refrigerator side even at the lowest cooling setting. We’ve resorted to just making the whole thing a freezer and putting it in the garage. Waste of money.
ok what about the adjustment in the back of the freezer? what does that regulate? unit is at recommended setting. freezer is 0 degrees, recommended is -6 degrees. refrigerator is 22 degrees freezing my foods and beverages. want to adjust that knob to direct more cold air to freezer and less to refrigerator
HAHAH these comments are so funny I live in an apartment and I have this fridge it sucks so bad 😂my food freezes and I’ve told maintenance about it twice already and they won’t help 😂. It’s to the point where I just laugh ab it now maybe one day I’ll come back to tell y’all I got fix I’ll keep searching 😂 good luck!
Hold temp control for 4 seconds to turn off cooling. Then hold control for 4 more seconds then select recommend temperature by bumping the bottom over to proper setting (recommended temp) hopefully this helps
I have a new whirlpool refrigerator top freezer does the temperature control in the refrigerator just adjust the refrigerator temp or is that for the freezer also
This fridge has a control in the freezer with a dial that controls how much is circulated from the fridge from the my understanding. I have mine set to max for max coldness. Still my fridge freezes vegetables even eggs but my bread in the freezer isn't frozen. I've cream melted. Worst design I've ever seen
How do I fix my whirlpool. I’ve only had it for two weeks and it already broke down. There’s this stupid two day return policy, like the company knows it won’t last 30 days. Shouldn’t the company make sure that their whirlpool products are working before selling them?

We have one its crap. You cannot adjust the temperature properly as the control is on the side of the compartment meani g you need to twist your neck, but you cannot see inside the fridge either because the light illuminates ONE shelf and the bloody door opens to just 90°. Which twonk designed this piece of junk should be flogged and sacked! BTW a rotary switch works fantastically, and is easier to comprehend. Employ people who use the thing not designers who 'think' that it looks nice! Nice is useless. Lastly why place the serial number etc; where it cannot be seen - back of the fridge, put it inside the compartment.
I believe if you set the knob in the freezer compartment towards "min" position, the freezer is less cold. This is because more of the cold air is sent to the refrigerator section. Setting the indicator in the refrigerator compartment to the right decreases both refrigerator and freezer temperature to lower temperature. If all four indicators are illuminated, this is the very coldest setting. If the left most indicator is illuminated, this is the warmest setting. If none of the indicators are illuminated, this turns the power off. Best I can tell, no thanks to whirlpool.
Not all models are like this. Some have three LEDs so wheb you hold down on thr button, they flash, then the LED goes from right to left like a counter and when I let go to go on the lowest setting, it defaults to the "recommended" setting. Whirlpools are trash.
This one sucks! I have it on the warmest setting and still can't keep produce in the fridge and ice cream won't freeze in the freezer. I bought wifi thermometers for both sections so I could monitor all the different settings in both compartments. There is just no way to use this fridge like a normal fridge.
why is the cold control labeled from "cold to cold" instead of "cold to coldest". I know the video explains right for coldest, but there are a lot of stupid people that misinterpreted this. the dummy that screws up the dummy directions.
