This is great!! I had no idea how to get the temperature changed and my refrigerator is way too cold. Now, I need to know why you don't have a lightbulb on your panel. Yesterday a red light icon came on above my lightbulb and the entire panel remains lit. I can't figure out how to make it go off and perform normally. Any idea? I also am having a problem with the freezer drawer handle coming loose.

Hi, Handy. Thanks for this video. I was amazed that this was not covered in the manuals that came with the refrigerator. I went through this process and the temp was at the recommended 37. I did it because a bottle of soda on the top shelf had ice in it!!. Nothing else had that problem, not even a small bottle of water on the top shelf. Why would this happen? Thanks again...Tim

How do I see the current temp? Not the recommendation. My fridge is new it’s set for the recommended but I would like to see what is the current temp to be sure it’s actually cooling.

You were able to tell me where to find the temperature control for the refrigerator and freezer. The extended warranty company and customer service could not tell me. The problem I am having is that periodically the refrigerator items begin freezing and has ice crystals on them, as well as the freezer does the same. My temperature controls, thanks to you, show 37 degrees and 0 degrees, so they are set to the recommended temperature. However, we still have the same problem as described above. Any suggestions or should I move the temperature up for both the freezer and the refrigerator and how many degrees?

Hi Andy my freezer is not making ice cubes and i have the temperature at 0 Do you recommend for me to set the freezer warmer to check if it will make ice. The ice machine does flips but no ice comes out. thank you for taking the time to reply.

Cooling Off shows. Only flashes when tries to change any option. Not cooling. I shut off breaker and back on. Appliance guy came out cause ice maker not working (freezer was ok) said wires at door opening was cracked and he couldn’t fix. Now can’t get any digital showing. Freezer items thawed out. Fridge temp now 49

My panel numbers don’t fully display the temperature numbers so it’s hard to tell what the temperature is?

My new fridge set at 37` F did freeze some items so I have raised it to 38` F

If changing the temperature do not do fridge get cooler then is garbage
