Dip is popular with soldiers because in the field, you can smell the cigarette smoke from a very far distance. It stands out A LOT in the forest. I remember smelling cigarettes over 400 meters away during a ruck march. The cherry from the cigarette is very visible in the night and with night vision. Dip allows soldiers to get their nic high, stay awake and whatever else without all that mess I just mentioned.

@@kralevic3297I'm guessing it's "all white" snus/nicotine pouches (Zyn is a brand fron Swedish Match if we're talking the same thing), it's basically a semi-powdered nicotine chewing gum in a paper pouch content wise. I keep switching between tobacco pouch snus and all white pouches, the all white stuff gets too sweet after a while and is more expensive, but tobacco snus just feels nasty sometimes.
