During the June 2020 edition of the Adobe Marketo Engage Champion Office Hours, the hosts welcomed Marketo Champions who shared their experiences using tokens for improving program creation and standardization, particularly in event programs. The discussion also covered best practices for implementing a new lead scoring model, encapsulating and updating scoring for leads based on specific date ranges, and troubleshooting issues with form submissions and email opt-ins. Additionally, the underutilized Reporting and Analytics (RCE) feature in Marketo was discussed, along with managing email lists and consent management, merging duplicate leads, and creating operational programs for managing program statuses more efficiently. The session concluded with a Marketo expert emphasizing the importance of a strong lead management foundation and expanding the use of Marketo beyond email marketing, including the integration of Marketo with Zoom for webinars.
