🇮🇹 We embarked on another beautiful journey exploring the traditions and beauties of Italy.
Our first stop: Caciosteria Casa Lawrence, where we dined, drank, and embraced the Italian way of life alongside Danish customers and the welcoming host. Next, we delved into the world of culinary herbs foraging, a delightful activity offered by Casa Lawrence. Then, we ventured into cheese making with Loreto, crafting a simple yet delicious fresh pecorino cheese, personalized with our own names and aged for 15 days. Afterward, we indulged in a Wine Tasting session paired with 3-year-old Casergan black pig prosciuttos from I Ciacca.
