It reminds me 35years ago when I used to follow my grandmother to funerals at the age of 10 at Ejisu -Onwe. Grandmother Nana Ama Birago rest in Peace ✌️. I'm now grown up father of five, hold degrees in Finance and Education. I'm watching you from Alexandria, Virginia , United States.
I have watched this video over and over because of the EXCELLENT two younger dancers. The older adult is very graceful as well, but the energy and spirit that the other two dancers bring to this video is phenomenal!! Adwoa Yeboah Agyei - Why are they not in any of your other videos? If I ever were to add Adowa / Kete performers to an of my future events - I would only want the ones in this video. I would even fly them abroad if necessary.
The two young ladies in this video are the BEST ADOWA dancers I have every seen out of ALL the videos posted by Adwoa Yeboah Agyei. The ABSOLUTE best!!
I feel sooooo happy 😃 watching this. So much proud to be a Ghanaian But unfortunately I don’t know how to do the adowa dance . I’m an Ewe Will be happy if someone would teach me how to🤓 so amazing Awesomely. Ghana 🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭🇬🇭. Eyefe papaaaaa 🔥🔥
@@ahorlumillicent8844 Thank you very much with love. How i wish all tribes in Ghana come together with one love to build our precious nation Ghana to give a better country to our coming children and grand children.
We can all appreciate one another's culture. I am from Guyana, and I am amazed whenever I see African culture displayed, regardless of the country. Our borders are artificial, set my the 1884 Berlin conference by white people. Let us be more accepting of one another, rather than falling victim to division. One Africa!!!
You don't appreciate your culture that is why you don't appreciate it. If you do you will give tomp up to any culture which is similar to yours. You are a stupid to criticised someone culture because it's similar to yours.
Just drop the English and union jack flags and use Ghana or another African country if you wish. We need different mindset now. Well done to the dancers and drummers piawwwwwww
LOL, you don't need a fetish priestess to learn adowa. It's not the job of priestess to teach adowa. And there is no "process" to learn it. Just learn the dance steps on RU-vid or from someone who knows how to dance it
When will this colonialism mentality will go away from black Africa, see how can you uses your colonial masters flags in our culture, where is the Asante flag or Ghana flag
Much as I like and agree with what you're saying, usually the people that bring those flags live in those countries... It is usually to sort of show apprection, they use Ghana flags in their countries of residence. I know I always portray our beautiful motherland to the outside world..
Asking about that, even if it is representing a western their flag and their people would show, not africans holding the flag, which i dont have anything against but this is tradition and culture
