It's been a while!!! How've u been?? Please leave me a lil life update in the comments pls ☎ So much has happened in the past month! I've been making updates on Instagram of travels & experiences but I want to start posting more podcasts! I just made one on my 10 Day Silent Meditation (Vipassana) that I did the beginning of July. OMG, I was waiting for that update after your meditation retreat! I did one too and it changed my life! Coming back to everyday life was strange, a lot of emotions, limiting beliefs and unprocessed trauma came to the surface but I’m lucky to have found creators that are helping me integrate my “mystical” experience such as Earthshine Collective. Mindfulness and self-awareness took a whole new meaning for me. Can’t wait to hear about your experience!! 💗

for me, being on my own, and spending time on my own is such a sacred thing and I love it so much. its one of the only chances I get to really get to know myself beyond the perception of others. I really have fallen in love with carrying around books or journals and just sitting on my own at cafés doing my own thing, very very grounding. really missed u Leah!! love catching up with your vlogs :))

i love how you conquer your fear, a few years ago i couldn't even step foot in a restaurant with my family i would have a panic attack, now i can eat and not feeling like i'm choking, our mind and body is incredible , I though i was alone 😦💓

For me, I’ve spent the summer in Italy (my first international trip alone) and it’s been really eye opening to how much I can do when I put my mind to it. It also made me treasure the time I have alone because I don’t get a lot of it here but when I do it’s time spent recuperating and being nice to myself. This trip showed me that I can travel more places alone and live the nomadic lifestyle I want

It's interesting to hear about the romanticizing tendency of life esp. Visible in vlogging world. Paris is a great and beautiful city but like every global metropolis, the social violence and the crude poverty and the class segregation are really present everywhere, so maybe that's why you feel less inclined to put online pretty images if your neighborhood doesn't look like a garden with nice flowers and trees, it's still Paris and maybe worthwhile to show too
