This is OK. In the new keyboard mode of cubesuite, the four key positions of chocolate can be set as some shortcut keys of the keyboard. @@M-VAVE currently the key selections are quite limited. Are there any plans to extend the options of what keys are available? i.e. function keys and modifiers e.g ctrl +F9.

There are 8 banks/groups. The banks are called groups in the MVave. Then each group there are 4 presets. Thats 32 preset in total..this is if you set the Chocolate to Program Change A in cube suite app.. You can also use, program change B. Thats presets scroll from preset 1 to 128. I have an in-depth demo on the M-Vave Wireless System. You may want to check it on my channel. I discussed the Overview, Cube Suite app configuration and connection sequence, and the step by step process on how to use it. Im sure it will clear things up for you. Enjoy.
- Hi I just recieved the chocolate from Amazon, I have the Cubesuite installed on Windows and Android, on Windows the settings for Program change A are greyed out, but the advanced custom mode settings are not greyed out. I was able to connect with cubesuite on android and I just want to use Program change A to change patterns on my Retrokits RK-008 which has BLE Midi, all the settings are correct, the RK-008 BLE settings are on set to IN I.e to recieve midi Bluetooth but the RK-008 does not see the Chocolate controller and the blue light continues to flash, is your controller not compatible with BLE ?
Why "Program Change C" only sends 0(-) data instead 127(+)??? I need C preset with 127... or how to use Advanced custom mode with more than 8 actions? (4 foot switch x 4AB banks). Or how to assign or edit "Program Change C" Data2 Values?

Hi, may I use it in win 10 PC with Ableton live, by associating each button to a midi control in the Ableton interface or in Vst's? My pc doesnt have bluetooth. Thanks a lot
For the computer, use the type-C port and usb-midi. The computer software also has cubesuite for advanced customization. The premise is that you should use OTA to upgrade the cubesuite on the mobile phone and upgrade the firmware version to the highest level, so that the cubesuite on the computer will not report an error.
I have a problem with my chocolate. After saving the settings, everything works, when I turn chocolate off and on, the settings disappear. I tried Cubesuit Android and PC. I set specific PCs under the switches and save them. What else should I do?

This means sending different midi codes through different modes, such as short press, long press, etc., such as PC code, CC code, NOTE ON OR NOTE OFF, and sysex.
Very cool, I have a quick question. My MX5 Headrush Multieffects pedal has a looper in it. The looper has it's own CC #'s (example 79 is for start/stop loop - momentary switch). Where do I program that CC # in the M-Vave to match the CC in my headrush? Is it the CC section in advanced settings and in the data 1 section put 79? Or is there another CC section that I am missing in the M-vave that can do this? Thanks!
Common customization can be tried, and there are different modes in advanced customization. In addition to short press, there is also the effect of stepping down and loosening to achieve instantaneous switch. It is also available in general customization.
@@M-VAVE Okay thank you for that info - def helps :) Can I customize more than 4 CC #'s than just the 4 (A, B, C, D) footswitches on the chocolate Midi controller? For example, could I move up a bank and get 4 more assignable CC' for A,B,C,D? How many can I assign total and what section do I do this in? Thanks!
If there are more than four, you can only select two CC codes in advanced customization, namely, lift and drop, or short press and long press. There are eight CC codes in total.
@@M-VAVE being able to use more than 1 bank in advanced custom mode would really open up this pedal and make it much more usable. Hopefully it's something you'll be able to implement.

Hi guys My 5 M-Vave chocolate devices are on “custom keyboard mode” through Cube Suite app. However, once I want to change them into “custom control” mode for my different needs I can do that via Cube Suite however when I close the M-Vave Devices the changes were not saved at all. And devices still re-opened in “custom keyboard mode”. Is there any way to fix that problem reset M-Vave devices etc.? I really need to use them in custom control mode. Many thanks Cem
Yes, you can connect two different types of chocolate, but it is worth noting that you should connect one before opening the other, or they will be interconnected.
@@M-VAVE can you be more specific about the connection process on the iPad? I only get one connected at a time in the main Bluetooth screen in the settings. It lists a single connection to foot cnt never more than one. How about a video tutorial showing how this can be done?
@@M-VAVE a separate issue is that I’m also noticing very slow transmission of commands to the iPad when I press one of the switches. It seems to take a while to take affect? it an m2 ipad that is as fast as possible so it should have a quick response.
Hi M-vave, my controller seams doesn't communicate with midi learn on iphone. Only the first time i connected it worked, now the amp sims on my iphone don't receive signal, even in manifacturer control. do you have some ideas? Is there a way to hard reset the controller? maybe it will work! Thanks

Use the MIDI B device in the MIDI system, just like the one in the video. That's what the wireless connection says. With the USB port plugged into the computer, you can connect with the product wirelessly. Otherwise, the product has used the USB cable to go usb-midi
Hi, I have tried using Advanced mode to set up controlling, changing patches in TC Electronic Plethora x5 guitar effects without success ? Midi codes to control of board down use CC94 64-127, for control of board CC95 64-127 but have followed youtube tutorials but without success, and help appreciated in setting up your footswitch to control Plethora x5 please , thanks

What version are you talking about, windows? You can refer to our other video, which has the settings about connecting windows and windows computer software.
I have seen that ditto X4 has a standard MIDI interface, so you need to buy a MIDI system, and use MIDI a to connect with cubesuite. If you don't know what MIDI code ditto X4 uses, you can plug in the product with MIDI a, and then connect to the MIDI wrap software through iPad. You can reverse query the MIDI code corresponding to your product, and then set the corresponding code on chocolate.
@@M-VAVE i connect to cubesuit to my android and then chose the program A & then i connect the MS1 to my Nux mg30 & nothing happens. I also cannot connect to MS1 via Bluetooth inorder to update it. O don't know why. I was banned in FB & i cannot msg on group page.

@@M-VAVE i set it the ms1 into host only mode. But i tried all modes and still it won't work. I also updated my firm ware of my Nux mg30. The MS1 is i connect to my PC is asking firmware update but there's no file for update. But if i use android and connect to MS1 and try to update the firmware it says it is updated to the latest. I'm confused.
If the product zoom ms50g supports MIDI, you can connect chocolate through MIDI system, and then look at the manual of zoom ms50g to see what the corresponding PC code or CC code is for the operation you need, and then set the corresponding PC code or CC code in the advanced customization of cubesuite

@@alexamderhamiltom5238 We haven't tried, but the professional audio software Daw can certainly be used as long as it is an audio software containing MIDI interface. Just note that it must be MIDI related, because this is a MIDI controller, not an audio interface.
This doesn't work with any mobile device I have tried it with. When I click the footswitch A to D on the app it just closes down or comes up with an error message in Chinese. What a waste of money!
You also need to go to the QR code behind the product to download the latest cubesuite. Ensure that the software and firmware are in the latest state so that no error will be reported
Its mix latching and momentary, depends on the setting of M-Chocolate. For Program A and B. Its latching.. In the Advance Custom Mode, its latching too, but theres an option in the advanced custom mode where you can set it to momentary.. I have an in-depth tutorial video of the M-Vave Chocolate. Yes, first open the GarageBand soft, enter any module, find the settings, find the advanced and click the Bluetooth MIDI device Find the connected device and click Connect . Then select the CC code for control in the custom mode in cubesuite

Hello, I don't see anything related to MIDI in the MG-300 Manual of Nux. If it is an effector with usb-midi, it can be connected to the USB interface of the effector through MIDI B in our MIDI system, and then another section can be connected to the adapter, and then connected through wireless and chocolate to realize control, But nux MG-300 doesn't seem to have MIDI related content, so it can't be controlled.
@@M-VAVE I made my own pedal control with Arduino and USB Host shield and it works on the NUX MG-300. I bought it out of curiosity about M-VAVE Chocolate and after trying it it didn't work
