Getting drugs through the tumor barrier is a well-known, major challenge for medicine. Advanced Microbubbles uses tiny uniform-sized bubbles, which are agitated with ultrasound at the site of a tumor, to open up the barriers so drugs can enter locally. This platform enables improved safety and effectiveness of a wide range of injectable chemotherapeutic drugs for treating cancer.
