You don't get to decide the day you do the handstand. The only thing you get to decide is that you're never going to quit trying. Words to live by. Kino❤️

@@YREHCorp Hi, I am very lucky to find a comment like yours. I will be very happy if you can help me. I am beginner in handstand, and I am extreamely afraid of falling back. I can stay in a good alignement by using the wall, I can say I am married to the wall, I work in my house between 2 walls, I can not quit them because of the fear of the falling back and I CAN NOT DO THE CARTWHEEL. Because of that I condamned my self to work always with the assistance of wall. How did you fall ? Does it hurt ? Can you explain me please ? Thank you.
I completely understand you gearing your RU-vid videos towards beginners, but I am so glad you are doing an advanced practice on your channel. I am super excited for this challenge!
I like how you encourage people in your comments to "keep practicing". Even though you say it to other people, I take it personally and remind myslef that I should carry on practicing instead of moaning about my weaknesses. Thanks, Kino! KEEP PRACTICING, PEOPLE!
You are so awesome, thank you for another great tutorial :-) I find myself thinking, I wish I could just do that exactly like she does… I wish I could be that strong right now! But then I remember that it is about the journey and not the posture… And part of the reason it is so rewarding once you get it is because it can be so hard on the way. Every little milestone and accomplishment has a lot of hard work built in, just like life. Thanks again Kino😘
Oh thank you for this tutorial! I am grateful that I now know these prep exercises. It feels soooo good to get upside down. And after having suffered through 30 years of shoulder impingement syndrome that I only recently remedied thanks to yoga shoulder stretches like puppy pose. To work on these poses pain free is just incredible and holding my weight upside down for the first time is quite simply just BLISS. Thanks again! I will be taking this journey and watching this video henceforth. :)
I just wanna say....Thank you, Kino! You have helped me improve on my handstand control and stability. I am now able to hold for a long time. Your videos have been a huge help to me. I am truly thankful! :)
I just wanted to say you are such an inspiration to me. I've been looking for a teacher just like you for some time now. I also have this strong feeling of going to India to explore my deepest self and train yoga. From the depths of my heart, thank you for motivating me! warmly, elina
Thank you Kino, this advanced yoga series is great, its really challenging me beyond my usual practice, where I can sometimes get a bit stuck in a rut Xxxxx
yes yes yes !!!! i was waiting for this class for a long time .....please do more of this .... i think you are the master of hand stands among all yoga teachers in RU-vid , love you
I was only able to do the handstand against the wall, sometimes a few seconds of the wall. Now I tried 2 video's of you with the right foot stepping in. Only after the second try I could float very briefly with both feet up in the air! Great tutoring! I do think it's difficult for me to get my knees close to my chest. I will practise more and hope it will be easier eventually. Thanks!
this woman is so appealing. Easy to watch. I mostly gave up yoga for weight lifting, weight training is just more efficient for me right now, for getting the extra mass that I am looking for, but have to say that there is some great body weight training in yoga.
That split up the wall was crazy! But that whole part of this handstand class was hard but I've been wondering how you get in the position. #practice #practice #practice #NamasteKino
Hi Kino, can you explain how you do your back straight ? What should we do in order to avoid the banana back ? How to do the pelvic tilt and ribcage in ? These are extreamly difficult when you are upside down ? Do you have a video which explains thoses ? Thank you.
Please help me...Before I really knew how to do a handstand I've been using the wall the kick onto all the time. Now without the wall I tend to step too hard into the handstand and go all the way over, landing in a bridge (if I'm lucky) or painfully on my back. Every time I try to step with less force, I can never get into the handstand for long at all and keep falling back. I will definitely keep practicing, but any tips for now?Thank you very muchPs. I love these videos
you responded thank you. Since I have been practicing, I believed I have learned one very important lesson. I mean I am learning all the time, but there is one particular thing I have learned and that is, yoga in general, I practice ashtanga, but one very important thing I have learned is yoga is a life style. and just performong the poses is only part, meditation, and becoming peaceful and calm within yourself is so huge.
Great video, Kino! Thank you! I tried practicing with my chest towards the wall, but I'm really afraid of going all the way to the wall as I think I'm going to flip over :( Any advice on how to manage that fear?
Hi Kino,I have a question, when working on my straddle I have strange pain in my right knee joint, even if I don't go deep into the posture, what could it be and how could I treat the pain ? And btw, thanks for the advanced classes ;)
:-)Beloved Kino..Thank You for the lnspiration..may l add that any reaction or emotion is of the partial perception 'avidya' that formed human ego 'asmita' false personality..the false sense of our True Divine Self which is Eternally Perfect Whole and Complete Now..and lT lS here and Now veiled by that false mental image and false perception which is not whom we are..no one has ever seen our True Self unless they move beyond temporal..where the Spiritual Vision emerges..that True Self is Revealed or Unveiled Only in the deep Silence of Mediation where the activity of human perception cannot enter..Always Abiding In the Spirit of Love and Light..
