This video is aimed at giving you a little taste of what the ABR Festival at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire was like last weekend (24th-26th June). In a word though, it was awesome! Enjoy! #ABRFEST21 #BikeSocial
Big Red! I think you might have just named the new bike👍. I can't call it the Duke because that's what the The Duke is called! It's always been Camille and The Duke, but now Big Red's just rolled into town! Cheers!
Agreed with most of what you said there, but there needs to be something done with the 20k track next year. They need to split it really, a very easy track and then a complete separate track that’s a little harder. There were loads of crashes and believe me it’s only going to take one serious one and they will close down the track element of the weekend. Mixing enduro bikes and adv bikes on the same track I believe is asking for trouble. I also think any bike with road tyres should be banned from using the track. I understand these comments may not be popular but some people need protecting from themselves!
I think that is fair comment to be honest, but it would need to be done in such a way as to not remove the 'adventure' element from the event. It would be a huge shame if there were to be a serious accident that led to the track being closed, but on the flip side it would also be a shame if the event became regulated to the point of it losing the 'get out there and have an adventure' element of it that I liked very much. Definitely a tiered track system is a good idea, and they did do that to some degree, but maybe a bit more info about what each track level is suitable for - road tyres etc...?
