This whole adventure is right up our alley..we love to snorkel in Hawaii but now i need to check out Aruba. Not sure if you have covered this but I am curious how Aruba is as far as how much you spend. We know how to do Hawaii on a budget but we end up always spending alot it's our favorite place. Now I want to go to Aruba it looks so beautiful. We have followed you guys on our personal channels for quite a while and just want you to know we love and appreciate all you do. You are so fun and down to earth. I could tell you had such an amazing day snorkeling your happiness and appreciation for life shows through in your vlog. Your a very cute couple and I see many wonderful years traveling, vlogging and being happily married!
Yes!!! Y’all would love it!! As far as costs of travel compared to Hawaii, we spent about $3,900 on our 9 day trip to Hawaii and we spent about $2,700 for the same about of time in Aruba. I would say food was similarly priced and excursions were pretty comparable as well. The biggest cost difference was in lodging and rental car. We spent about $950 for hotels in Hawaii (that was AFTER using some points to book a few nights as well) and we spent about $600 in Aruba. For rental cars we spent a little over $600 in Hawaii (for 7 days) and about $350 in Aruba (for 9 days). That said, we did splurge for the Jeep for part of our time in Hawaii. I guess almost everything is less then Hawaii and we try to go often. I was so sad for that trip you had to Maui and the weather didn't cooperate that is my favorite island and so much to do and see and love. I hope u go back for a least a week. When we do road to hana we always stay 3 to 4 nights at these bungalows and have the most relaxing time. You are both very pleasant, upbeat and fun to watch. Don't change a thing! Thx for the info 👍
Really love this video! We loved the the WW2 ship I believe the captain sunk the ship on purpose after the war he went back and took all the morph off the ship and sold it. The pool was great highly recommended . The natural bridge is cool and we where lucky to see the one that fell before it did. What a great job on the Aruba video series you guys captured all the must while in Aruba 🇦🇼

We were just in Aruba earlier this year. We didn’t get to do quite as much exploring but are enjoying every minute of this Aruba series! It’s especially refreshing to see some sun and water during these chilly december days!

I loved ARUBA! The area around California Lighthouse was breathtaking. We went in July 2022. Baby Bridge was awesome. We got to snorkle with turtles in Curaçao. Ready to do the same next time in Aruba!!

Aww… Thank you so much!!🥰 Oh that’s awesome! It was our 5 year anniversary when we were there! We hope you enjoy your time in Aruba! For the length of our trips, it all depends… For Aruba, we were there for 8 days, 9 nights. We intentionally built in some vacation/non-filming days since it was our anniversary trip (plus it rained/stormed for at least 3 days straight while we were there). For most of our other trips, they are much shorter (3-5 days) with little or no “off days” as far as filming goes. I hope that makes sense and answers your questions! We stayed at Turibana Plaza in Aruba. It’s a little inland from Palm Beach in Noord. Nothing fancy, but it worked well for us, especially since we had a rental car for the entirety of our stay. Woohoo!! 🎉🎉 You’ll love it! The vests are just an inflatable safety vest. They required them to be worn but didn’t require them to be inflated. Although, it was nice to put a little air in it if you were getting tired. Hope that answers your question!

Hey! Thanks so much for watching! We stayed at Turibana Plaza (bit.ly/40yGEW1) which was a vacation apartment rental. We booked it through Expedia and had a great experience. It was a little inland but was only about a 5 min drive from Palm Beach. Plus, it was only $50/night which was great since we travel on a budget! Lol... We also considered at these two properties - Beach Homes Aruba (bit.ly/3JOhFqd) & Piece of Paradise (bit.ly/3nrNCgv). Overall, Aruba was the safest feeling Caribbean destination we've been to. Hi Ghillermi! I assume you mean gasoline/petrol? We didn’t even use one tank for the entire time that we had it and we drove all over the island. Gas is expensive on the island though at around $5.40/gallon ($1.40/liter). That said… The island is pretty small, so you don’t use as much gas getting around. Hope that answers your questions! Anyway, I was born ON Aruba and raised IN the Netherlands , and occurring to Dutch grammer you're supposed to be on an island and not in it. Maybe English grammer is different. It's just doesn't make sense to me to be in an island. A lot of Dutch people make the same mistake though. But who cares anyway.... 😉😁😂 You two enjoyed your time ON Aruba. You can be IN a territory/country/state/whatever you want to call the governing body and ON an island at the same time. It’s not an either/or situation, it’s a both/and. And since years and years already they are under Dutch government guardianship. Bonaire on the other side is fully part of the Netherlands they are a township of the Netherlands. So in that matter of speaking it's in Bonaire. But anyway, It was a question, and the LOL of yours made me continu. It still sounds stupid to me to be in an island. You don't have to tell me shit about the status aparte of Aruba since my father was co founder of the party who realized it. Status aparte is worse than being a township like Bonaire. Dutch government don't like independence, so they got Aruba by the balls. Politically speaking. The government of Aruba are less then the local government of Amsterdam. Aruba doesn't have shit to say about their own budget. The party leader of my dad's party got shot first and after that, in 1986, passed away in a car wreck. He wanted fully independence. The Dutch Royal house don't like that. So, Here you had some real history of Aruba. It was just a freaking question.... LOL I was wondering how English grammer works. That's all.
