Leaving Wanaka we headed up the west of the lake to follow the Matukituki River into Mt Aspiring National Park & the trailhead for Rob Roy Glacier. More water crossings, waterfalls & a swing bridge, before a detour up the Motatapu Valley. Back into Wanaka for refreshments before crossing through Tarras & back down Lake Dunstan to Cromwell, bringing our trip full circle
