"What was missing" is such a beautiful episode. One of my favorite of the series.

Ice King's fanfic was so good they made a show about it. Also love how Lord Monocromicorn uses Morse code instead of speaking Korean.

Fionna and Cake started out as a joke towards parody, but it later became such a fan favourite that they decided continue on with it until they got a sequel. Amazing. What Was Missing is one of the best episodes, personally. Such musical jam filled gem. The songs, the relationship growth, the character deep dive, etc.. They even got Bmo to go along on the ride

What Was Missing is my FAVORITE Adventure Time episode in the entire show. I listen to both of the songs regularly, and it's the episode I always look most forward to rewatching.

i imprinted HARD on fionna and cake when this first episode came out, and went even harder when their second episode, bad little boy came out. fionna and cake have had their own little fandom subgroup for a while, and it was always hype when we knew we were getting another episode with them. the fionna and cake spin off is really fantastic, its like the next evolution in adventure time, with more room to be more explicitly adult without needing to censor themselves, lots of interesting things happening. i cant wait till you guys see bad little boy, marshall lee is just the coolest

Princess Bubblegum and Marceline, their past and history will be revealed little by little but it is clear that there is some Beef and some friendship between her, especially with Marceline and her song, SO METAPHORICAL AND PERSONAL ;)

It was a huge surprise to witness a set of amazing episodes with you guys as “Fiona and Cake” was the absolute best episode till we get a song episode next to it 😄 also it seems interesting to say about the dress on Fiona during the episode is a nod to “Sailor Moon” dress and with that all said. We get to see that BMO is the first Unisex character as they stay the same in Fiona and Cake episode till we see them again for Finn and Jake.

I know u guys r actually way ahead already, but I just wanted to say that there's a bit more to Fionna and Cake then just being Ice King's fanfiction. Just as with everything in Adventure Time there r hidden meanings there. As for s3ep10, it is honestly 1 of my favourite s3 episodes. Not only does it challenges our core group of characters by making them confront their inner demons (for some they r deeper then for others), but we also get a hint that Marceline and Bubblegum have history. And I refuse to interpret their interaction as anything but them being exes. Though that does raise questions, since Bubblegum is supposed to be 18. But that's not the 1st weird thing abt her tbh.

It’s so weird watching the Fionna and Cake episodes after watching the Fionna and Cake series

*SPOILERS* its insane to me that so many people think Bubblegum and Marceline getting together was "rushed" or that it "came out of nowhere" when we have episodes like THIS that came out all the way back in Season 3.

What interesting Timing with Fionna & Cake series ending - Fionna is voiced by Madeleine Martin, Cake is voiced by Ron Ryan, Princess Gumball is voiced by Neil Patrick Harris (but only a few times in the main series) & along with him is Lord Monochromicorn, & Ice Queen is voiced by Grey Griffin (amazing voice actress) - The theme song for this episode is sung by Natasha Allegri instead of Pendleton Ward so I guess the Ice King even genderswapped the song which speaking of songs Gumball’s song is similar to Aladdin’s “A Whole New World” - Door Lord is voiced by Steve Agee & he seems to be similar to the Key-per - PB says “Quavers” which is the British English term for musical beats instead of the term “eighth notes” & the thing she draws in the sand is the Euler’s Identity - When the door opens Finn poses like Freddie Mercury

coming fresh from the Fionna and Cake spinoff, i gotta say it is WEIRD not hearing Andrew Rannells voicing Prince Gumball. I know a lot of people prefer NPH, but Rannells just brings such a fun, kinda dorky but charming energy to the character
