Migraines, yeah, story of my life or lack of it. Whole bunch of triggers you stay away from but since I was eight even with preventive medication good days are in the minority. That's over fifty years as a chronic sufferer. Years back when on a new medication it was initially really effective, well for a few weeks, I was like is life really this easy for most people? Effect wore off but learnt how the other half plus lived. Worst are the 'experts' who know everything. Some are well intentioned but others just need to fck off. In case you haven't noticed it's been one of those days and taken the reliever medication which makes you slightly less crap. Totally sympathy with you bro.

cooking boiled eggs every time to you taste is a doddle. all you do is put them in cold water bring them to a boil to stop cracking then take them off the heat and thats it. try 6 minutes then adjust. every single time you will get the same result.simple.
i used to get debilitating migraines until I figured out it was coffee I can drink it once in a blue moon but 3 or more days in a row and boom its great not having them ever again but I still love coffee the smell everything about it
