An international restaurant in Louisville (Ramsi's On the World) serves a dish they call 'Egyptian Kitchen' which is koshari. They serve theirs with a side of harissa sauce for a little heat. It's my favorite thing to order there. Loved seeing a whole table of people enjoying this wonderful dish!
