I am amazed with how talented, knowledgeable and kind you are! You have the ability to create any type of video that you want. This one is probably one of my favorites. I love how you are able to get your points across in an easy and comfortable way. I am so glad that you chose to continue to upload content. So I know this video isn't really about anxiety or depression but for the last month I've had severe anxiety and I finally went to the doctor today and since I'm under 18 they prescribed me Buspirone instead of Lexapro and I'm so scared to start taking medication because I'm terrified of the side effects that may happen. I was wondering if you had any tips about taking medication? Love your videos by the way❤️❤️
Hi Ali! I know taking a new medication can be really scary. My best advice would be to take it on a day that you don't have any obligations and can just hangout and watch Netflix, and have someone with you that you are comfortable with and knows you are starting it. Let me know how it goes
