once you see through it (" shift of perception" as adyi would say) thought have no power over you tehy come and go. Aim for truth, that narrator inside you is he really there? you see through that and no thought will stick to you. Each of our searches are love finding love, so so beautiful.

There are portals into not thinking at all. - feel love for somebody - feel the NOW, exactly this moment, this moment, this moment - feel your body - see beauty - listen - touch/feel - recognize what IS and not how it should be (this is enough for the start) Be so aware, that you don't just see, listen or feel, but you become that feeling. You will know when you are there.\

Jan 2 2011…then the me went on a long journey of finding what it thought happened to it….i was fortunate to have the ego crushed a few times or I might have built a church based on sand…..hehe….strange trip…🕉☯️❤️😀🙏🏼

He is saying that basically every single thing we do is to confirm or reinforce the ego. You do things to become more you. This 'you' means 'your mind-based sense of yourself' and it's the illusion This doesn't mean to stop sports though!

i lose myself in soccer. i become a beast on the field with only regard for the game being played. it's incredibly fun. But you are analyzing the finger thats pointing here . . . he is using the analogy of playing a sport to point at something . . . what is he point at?
