The taste of Adyghe cheese is pure, sour-milk, spicy, with a pronounced taste and smell of pasteurization, with a slight taste of whey proteins, moderately salty. Texture - tender, moderately dense. May be slightly crumbly. Color - from white to light yellow. Some cream stains are allowed.
