Such a beautiful Bible! Don't think they have many Bible rebinders like this in the UK 😭 also, I'm so excited for your book!! I can't wait to read it!!
Moses is in Ireland and he does amazing work too. -not sure if that helps with shipping or not. Here’s his channel: ru-vid.com/show-UCYjVgDZTPaYAjNwhLM_gnFg
David Lee Brown at SA Tabernacle awesome🤗on a more serious note, what do you think about doing a video on The Hebrew Roots movements I’ve been noticing a lot of that going on here on RU-vid and here in my area! Especially with the Hispanic community
Joshua Howard - that’d be a good idea. Sometimes folks mistake my love for the Law as Hebrew roots, but I’m not associated with that movement. I think they are focusing on the wrong priesthood. There’s much to say about Melchizedek concerning these things.
Hey man, did the baladassi carlo calfskin patina well? Do you still recommend that type of leather after years of using it? I’m considering rebinding one, but I’m scared I won’t like it when it patinas. Let me know please.
I ordered a Bible from AE based on your previous video and the Bible I received was so not like the one you received regarding quality and detail. Be thankful with the Bibles that he sent you. Your experience was certainly not my experience.
I am on the waiting list and am slated for a mid Oct build on one. Right now I have chosen the Dark Brown Badalassi, but being a goatskin fan, I am really leaning to switching to Sokoto. After having the Badalassi for some time now yourself. Any regrets or still 100% satisfied? How is it holding up? Does it wear at all? Thanks in advance for your response.
Out of curiosity, do Bible reviewers generally receive these products either for free or at reduced prices in exchange for making these review videos? The reason I ask (although I realize it is none of my business) is that I am now having a decidedly not-good experience with a Bible re-binder. Communication is completely lacking about my main Bible which I sent and which I paid for up-front and in-full (my mistake) many moths ago. It was (for me) insanely expensive. Now that it is two months over-due and I've learned it has not even been started (last I heard, about a month ago when *I* contacted him) I am wondering if I have been taken for a ride. I watched a different reviewer's channel and that is what convinced me to contact that particuar rebinder. If you don't mind the question, do you and do most of the Bible reviewers receive free or reduced cost products in exchange for your reviews? If so, would be be honest to be very clear about that to your viewers who may keep that in mind when considering to invest in a rebind - or not? Thank you, either way.
Sorry about your experience. I’m not familiarity other rebinders, but I know Adrian’s lead time can take a while since this isn’t his full-time gig. However, it’s worth what you pay for and worth what you wait for with him. My Bibles have taken anywhere from 10 months to 18 months…but again, it was always worth waiting for.
Your enthusiasm for the colour, leather quality, and details of this rebind is commedable. However, dulling that enthusiasm is your repeated use of "like", "I mean", and "I get that". I came to this video prepared to maybe order from your re-binder; however, I shall just add this rebinder to my list of possible re-binders. (Perhaps you ought find a way to remove these verbal tics from your vocabulary) All the best.
