The AEG is a compact washing machine with integrated drying function. It is well built and made to last. Washes up to 7kg laundries and drys up to 4kg. The washing function leaves very easy to iron clothes thanks to the machine intelligently optimised cycle. I dry only towels, since clothes might get damaged by drying process, especially in such compact machines, however it’s a function worth having which saves a lot of time, and it’s especially great in winter. Comes with aqua-stop system for extra safety against water leakages.

Select the program for the type of textile you’re drying as if it would be a normal washing cycle, then press the dry button twice so that it goes into drying only mode. From the manual: “4. Tippen Sie zwei Mal auf die Taste Waschen/Trocknen, um das Waschprogramm abzuwählen und nur das Trockenprogramm auszuführen.”.

I don't recommend this. Dries poorly, washes poorly, breaks fast. The combination of the touch interface and physical controls is counter-intuitive.

I believe in its class which is that of compact dry washing machines there is not a much better offer around. If you can afford a larger machine (and have the space for it), then yes, there are better options.

@@antoniomediaproduction Even if you don't have more money, don't waste them on this machine. It lasted for two years before the motor broke, and all the way it was doing a bad job at washing and drying. But, nevertheless, thank you for reviewing it, as it is providing a space for a discussion and people may find these comments useful.
